5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping options, times, and costs vary by destination and carrier. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may not: (a) post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site; (c) use bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission; (d) reverse-engineer the Site; or (e) violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to us for the product/service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

14. Termination
